Benefit Sales Coordination Manager - GA - On Site

Position Summary: The Benefit Sales Manager directly reports and supports the RVP, NVP, and SVP of Benefit Sales. Act as a liaison after the sale of benefits occurs and collect all documents from client to submit to the carrier. They are responsible for coordinating/working with the Broker of Record (BOR) during renewals to 90 days out. They manage the Q 7 A webpage and input current and recommended plans into the OM comparison spreadsheet when working directly with the carrier. KBA self-funded plan reinsurance contract assistance/project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage assigned staff in achieving departmental and individual goals
• Oversee open market quote and sales implementation process with Broker partners and insurance carriers
• Oversee Broker of Record (BOR) process
• Coordinating training and scheduling for Benefits sales staff
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
• Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
• Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
• Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business management
• 4+ years in Management sales role, with proven results
