Operating Advisor (Contract) - Private Equity

Job Description
A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking an experienced operator to support its portfolio companies on a flexible, hourly basis, with an initial focus on a renewable energy business.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n• Work with management teams to drive performance against operating and financial goals
\n• Support business planning and major operating decisions
\n• Identify value-creation and performance improvement opportunities
\n• Help bring best practices and consistency across portfolio companies
\n• Advise on equity investments
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS:
\n• Experience with PE-backed companies
\n• Energy, solar, or infrastructure background a strong plus
\n• Comfortable challenging and supporting leadership teams
\n• Flexible hours, consulting arrangement, starting immediately.
