CVICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Ocala, FL 34474
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $32.00–$48.00/hr , based on experience
Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-Case
Relocation: Case-by-Case

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience within the last 2–3 years
• Candidates with 2+ years of PCU RN experience may be considered
• Active Florida RN license or approved Multistate/Compact RN license
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
• BLS – within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS – within 90 days of hire/transfer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill CVICU patients
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients for changes in condition
• Care for patients requiring ventilators and various IV drips
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status
• Assist with critical care procedures and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and promote patient safety

Compensation & Benefits:

• $32.00–$48.00/hr based on experience
• +$4.25/hr Night Differential
