Overview Growth Capital Specialist | Location: New York, NY | Employment Type: Full-Time | Estimated Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer) Position Overview The Growth Capital Specialist supports investment teams in identifying, analyzing, and executing growth-stage investment opportunities. The role blends financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and transaction support to facilitate the deployment of capital into high-growth companies. This position involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, analysts, operations teams, and legal/compliance staff.
