We are seeking a Supply Chain & Systems Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of our products—from initial item setup in our ERP to final order fulfillment. In this critical role, you will help maintain the integrity of our automated systems and ensure seamless communication between our international manufacturing partners and domestic retailers. Working directly under the Head of Systems and Automation, you will gain hands‑on experience with modern, tech‑driven supply chains at scale. Responsibilities Order & EDI Management: Monitor and process daily customer orders via EDI and manual entry, ensuring flawless transaction flow between retail partners and internal systems. Item & Data Governance: Execute new item setups across our ERP and e‑commerce platforms, maintain pristine master data, including SKU details, dimensions, and pricing. Production & Procurement: Assist in placing purchase orders with international factories, coordinate production timelines and track shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery. Relationship Management: Serve as a primary liaison for retail buyers and factory production managers, proactively resolving discrepancies in shipping, labeling, or invoicing. Forecasting & Analytics: Analyze historical sales data and inventory levels to support accurate demand forecasts and replenishment strategies. Systems Optimization: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to test and implement new automations and workflows within the ERP, driving continuous operational efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics, or EDI platforms is a major plus. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors and retailers effectively.
