ANTICIPATED AWARD: July 2026 ANTICIPATED START: July 2026 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 3 Option Years LOCATION: Doral, FL

Part-Time: 0.50 FTE

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

Responsibilities:

· Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

· Personnel must be proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.

· Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

· An Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration.

· Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation. Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

· CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

Desired but not Required Certifications:

· ITIL Foundation Certification

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
