Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level IT Support Technician to assist with day-to-day technology needs across our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, networking, and general office technology support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and is comfortable handling a variety of technical and non-technical tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Set up, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other office equipment. Install and update software applications and operating systems. Assist employees with basic technical issues and troubleshooting. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Organize and maintain IT inventory, equipment, and supplies. Perform routine maintenance on company devices and workstations. Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and equipment relocation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary. Document technical procedures and support requests. Support conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and office AV equipment. Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Provide general ad hoc support to various departments as business needs arise. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 40 lbs.). Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Eagerness to learn new technologies and skills. Preferred Associate degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting. Experience setting up computers, printers, or networking equipment. CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain). Skills & Competencies Problem-solving mindset. Strong organizational skills.
