Providing cash flow projections.* Contract for vendor services in conjunction within budgetary guidelines for each community.* Manage HOA management companies and associated budgets Serve on all HOA/COA/CDD boards for respective communities.* Direct the community team in the management of all current HOA boards. Oversee and direct the community team’s Architectural Committee decisions and manage community turnover process.* Oversee the coordination and preparation of tax payments and updates, reserve analysis for the entire area.* Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize the volume of work processed through the department.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Career Level (P3)****Organizational Impact:*** Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results within area of work.* Works independently under limited supervision.* May be responsible for entire projects or processes within area.* Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.**Leadership & Talent Management:*** May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within functional area.* May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.**Knowledge & Experience:*** Requires broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.* May have practical knowledge of program or project management.* Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.**Required Skills*** Not applicable**Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications*** Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.**Physical Requirements*** Not applicable### **PulteGroup, Inc. and its affiliates do not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third party recruiting agencies (collectively, “Recruiters”) in response to job postings.
