Technical Support Specialist

To support strategic opportunities within the Energy & Industrial Solutions business, the full-time remote Bid Proposal Technical Pursuit Specialist will manage quotation requests for low and medium voltage switchgear, coordinate internal teams, and develop competitive proposals aligned with customer requirements. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with Siemens Factory Teams on product integration Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliant and optimized equipment selection Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders Required qualifications 7+ years of technical experience in electrical systems and low/medium voltage switchgear 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards 3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for employer-sponsored work authorization
