Accounts Payable Specialist
Location : Medford, MA or Norwood, MA
Onsite : 4 days onsite, 1 day per week remote
Free parking onsite, T accessible, and building has shuttle from T to building (Medford)
Plenty of parking for Norwood.
Duration : Open to temp to perm or directly perm
Pay rate: $60-80k depending on experience
Must :
4+ Years AP Experience
High volume (4-5k invoices a month as a group, group 5-6 people)
3 way matching, and coding (problem-solving, pick-up phone and call group if coding is off)
Job Description:
Full cycle accounts payable including 3-way matching and high volume. Requires great communication and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Process expense reports from employees
- Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies
