Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes.Review and analyze capacity utilizationHandles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activitiesGathers data to determine forecast adjustmentsWork closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provideReview and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stockProvides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditionsEnsures incoming shipments are in compliance with POCoordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goodsHandles basic to moderate complex issuesPerform all other duties and assignments as required by management.All other duties as needed.Qualifications, Education and ExperienceAssociates Degree preferred3 or more years of experience.Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions daily.Strong attention to detail and ability to think about the impact of schedule changes.Clearly and actively communicates planning, scheduling and changeover information or process issues with affected parties in a timely manner.Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Teams and Outlook.Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
