What You'll Do

• Perform signature blowouts, braids, updos, bridal styling, and extension services
• Deliver Blo's signature Pink Carpet guest experience
• Educate guests on products and services
• Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements
• Participate in training and continuing education
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Kentucky Cosmetology License
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for beauty, styling, and guest experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career

Schedule & Availability

We're looking for team members who are available during our busiest guest hours and excited to help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Flexible scheduling options available
• Full 8-hour shifts
• Morning, mid-day, and evening shift opportunities
• Weekend availability is required
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability may be required
• Additional weekend shifts available during peak seasons and special events
• Weekend-only positions available for qualified candidates
• Ideal candidates are available during our busiest guest hours
