Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations Coordinator

Under direct supervision of management, this position is responsible for supporting the Pharmacist team. Responsibilities include patient care coordination and scheduling of referrals, answering incoming pharmacy-related telephone calls, emails, chat messages and faxes, addressing pharmacy-related gaps in care with patients and escalating patient issues to the pharmacist, assisting with prior authorizations, perform duties under protocol, and support general pharmacy-related issue resolution under the guidance and direction of Pharmacists.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
