Description: Research delinquent accounts, Direct contact with customers; Updated customer records; Other duties assigned by supervisor Preferred SAP experience; excellent customer service skills; some excel knowledge Manager's Note: Manager is interested in seeing recent college grads with customer service experience. Will be researching delinquent accounts, contacting businesses on past due amounts, and updating customer records. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; needs to be computer savvy and able to quick up new systems quickly
