The Construction Project Assistant supports project managers and site supervisors in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures effective communication among stakeholders, manages documentation, and assists with scheduling and resource allocation to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and coordinating construction activities
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and reports
• Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams
• Support scheduling of labor, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Help resolve onsite issues by providing timely information and resource support
