ADA Case Management Specialist

To support the Reasonable Accommodations team, the full-time temporary Reasonable Accommodation Intake Specialist - ADA Case Management will manage initial engagements with colleagues requesting workplace accommodations, facilitate the intake process, and handle sensitive inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the initial engagement with colleagues requesting Reasonable Accommodations Facilitate the intake process for accommodation requests and review supporting documentation Respond to inquiries and maintain confidentiality while managing multiple case activities Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of direct Reasonable Accommodation experience Experience with case management systems and managing Reasonable Accommodation cases Understanding of ADA/ADAAA and the interactive process Ability to work from a private, secure home workspace with reliable internet access Virtual Vocations Inc
