Overview Health Connect America is seeking a Georgia Licensed Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services in outpatient settings. The organization is COA-accredited and operates across multiple states. Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions. Use standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information. Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team. Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to individuals’ needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Apply therapeutic techniques to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Provide consistent services to all assigned individuals on the caseload. Maintain regular contact and follow-up to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per policy. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide holistic care. Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and strategies. Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations and develop safety plans; coordinate with emergency services when necessary. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients. Connect individuals and families with additional resources and support services as needed. Stay current with best practices, new treatment modalities, and emerging trends in mental health therapy. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities. As a licensed clinician, ensure credentials remain current, comply with training requirements, and supervise staff as applicable. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve concerns. Qualifications Georgia Outpatient Services: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Must hold a current professional license in Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Georgia IFI Services: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Must hold a current professional license in Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families.
