Kitchen Manager Requirements;
- 2+ Years of Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service casual dining scratch kitchen concept.- Some baking experience and working with dough would be very helpful.- Must be proficient in delivering financial results.- You need to be a culture builder that others follow and have experience leading 15+ team members
