Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position available in Walterboro, South Carolina. This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services in a community-based hospital setting. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including weekday shifts and one Saturday per month, with a focus on delivering quality patient care alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift schedule with 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday (either 5 days of 8 hours or 4 days of 10 hours), with one Saturday per month and a flex off day granted through the week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications and education as an Occupational Therapist (OT) license, with 1+ years of experience preferred but not required. Open to candidates with at least 0 years of experience; inpatient rehab and acute care experience are preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate willingness to learn and be flexible throughout the day.
• Preferred Qualifications: Basic Occupational Therapy skills as an independent clinician; inpatient rehab and acute care experience preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working within a hospitals inpatient and inpatient rehabilitation unit, utilizing equipment such as Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM. The unit follows specific policies and guidelines, and staff are recognized for outstanding patient satisfaction and quality care. The facility is located within a reasonable distance from Charleston, SC, offering a flexible and supportive work environment with modern equipment and a motivated team.
