Lead IRB Coordinator West Reading, Pennsylvania


Flexible work from home days
Required to be on site at least one day per week (at Reading Hospital location).
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Director, Human Subject Protections (Director) and works closely with the IRB Coordinator I, Chair and members of the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Responsible for pre-review of items submitted for review by the IRB to confirm compliance with institutional, federal, and state policies.
Communicates with research investigators and their staff in an effort to facilitate the protocol submission, review and approval process.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Experience
IRB Manager Experience Preferred
Post Approval Monitoring Experience Preferred
Broad Research Administration Experience Preferred
Certification and Licensure
CIP certification (must obtain within 1 year of hire)
