Senior Partnership Engagement Specialist with Security Clearance

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Partnership Engagement Specialist in McLean, VA to support our on‑site customer. Responsibilities Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value. Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders. Support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events. Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia. Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan. Acts as a technical liaison with partners. Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings and authors post‑meeting reports and summaries of conclusions. Uses JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services. Qualifications Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph. Requires BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience. Executive level written and oral communication skills required. Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with IC and Private Sector partners. Working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence. Experience working in the Intelligence Community. Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year. This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
