Experience with ADP products, integrations, and vendor coordination. Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, ADP Reporting, or SQL-based reporting. Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes in an enterprise environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
