Skills, Requirements, and Experience

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, or supply chain management. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse best practices. Experience using inventory management systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret reports and operational data. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and material handling. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and workplace safety. Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse, inventory, production, shipping, and receiving activities to support efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries. Develop and execute fulfillment plans using inventory data, reporting tools, and operational metrics. Collaborate with production, warehouse, and inventory teams to support demand forecasting and inventory planning. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories. Process customer and supply orders by pulling materials, packing products, palletizing shipments, and staging orders for delivery. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, inspecting incoming shipments, and verifying inventory accuracy. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate parcel, LTL, and freight shipments. Communicate daily productivity and workload plans to support operational goals and customer requirements. Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and overall supply chain performance. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company safety standards. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products. Build strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
