About the Role:
Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is looking for an Experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected damage while working with a company that takes pride in delivering exceptional restoration services. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage to develop accurate restoration estimates
• Prepare detailed scopes of work using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate or similar)
• Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managers
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resources
• Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, or storm damage)
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software 
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and property restoration industry standards
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with adjusters and clients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
