We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do. Responsibilities Direct supervision of Ombudsman volunteers within assigned geographic region. Respond to resident issues and concerns, including completing complaint activity and investigation. Participate in ongoing program of education and public awareness to address systematic problems and elder abuse as well as the program's need to recruit Ombudsman volunteers. Enter all required program reports/documentation into state database system in a timely basis. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Services, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in related field.
