Education Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. License Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory. Certificate Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification within ninety (90) days from date of hire and maintain certification.
