Capital Improvements Manager, Public Housing Modernization

The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) seeks an experienced Capital Improvements Manager to lead modernization of public housing units under the Chief Development Officer. You will plan, direct, and coordinate capital investment projects and provide technical support for development initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing short- and long-term capital plans, coordinating environmental reviews, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal programs and procurement rules #J-18808-Ljbffr SERC-NAHRO
