We are looking for an experienced OR Sales Representative to grow our presence across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities.

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with hands-on experience in the operating room environment, an established network of healthcare contacts, and a strong understanding of surgical products and medical devices.

The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, support product demonstrations, and grow sales within their territory.

We are open to both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements , depending on the candidate's experience and the agreed terms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital administrators, supply chain teams, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across hospitals and ASCs.
• Promote surgical instruments, laparoscopic products, patient positioning devices, and other OR solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the assigned territory.

Qualification:

• Required: Proven sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, or the medical/surgical industry.
• Strong understanding of the OR environment and surgical product applications.
• Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, surgeons, or healthcare purchasing teams are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver results.
• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Work Arrangment

• W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor arrangement, depending on the agreed terms.
