Concert Marketing Coordinator - On-Site Live Events

Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events in the world. Enhancing our shows with state‑of‑the‑art lighting, pyrotechnics, sound design, large‑scale art installations, theatrical performers and next‑generation special effects, our events captivate the senses and inspire unique fan interaction. We produce 10,000 concerts, club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. Our premier annual event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, is the world’s largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525,000 fans over three days.

THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support concert marketing. This position reports to the Marketing Manager, Concerts. The role is not remote and requires on‑site presence when not working at an event.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Concerts marketing team to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for assigned events Provide general marketing support across campaigns, launches and ongoing initiatives Assist in updating and tracking ticket counts, sales pacing and campaign performance across assigned shows Brainstorm and manage content schedules for social media channels Support department administrative tasks, including event advance forms, expense reports and meeting calendar coordination Submit and manage project requests through internal ticketing systems such as Asana and email request channels Attend internal and external meetings, capturing detailed notes and distributing key takeaways and action items to stakeholders Coordinate campaign coordination across cross‑functional teams including creative, media, digital and partnerships Help maintain campaign organization across internal documents, trackers and project management platforms Coordinate internal marketing updates, including compiling campaign recaps, timelines and asset status Assist with compiling marketing assets and materials needed for announcements, on‑sale launches and campaign milestones Support the team with ongoing administrative and operational marketing needs as assigned Execute day‑to‑day tasks as needed All other projects and initiatives as identified

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 2+ years’ experience with digital and social marketing Excellent organizational skills Detail‑oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure Ability to take initiative, problem‑solve and perform research Knowledge of the principles of target marketing Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus Some travel may be required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evenings and weekends, as required, to meet deadlines Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations Must be able to work in open concept office space

COMPENSATION
