Senior Kitchen Manager: Lead a High-Volume Polished Casual Kitchen

What You'll Do

Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain food quality standards
Train, mentor, and schedule culinary staff across all stations

Ensure consistent adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining team morale and accountability

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years kitchen management or culinary leadership experience
Proven success managing high-volume, fast-paced restaurant kitchens
Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and ServSafe certification
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff
Sharp eye for food costs, inventory control, and waste reduction
