What You'll Do

Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Develop and coach restaurant management and service staff
Drive profitability through cost control and revenue growth
Maintain consistent food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Build lasting guest relationships and champion the brand experience

What We're Looking For

Proven success as General Manager or high-volume operations leader
Strong P&L management and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction
Current food handler certification or willingness to obtain immediately
