Catering Operations Manager

Overview Established, Michigan Based Catering Company is looking to add a Catering Operations Manager to the team. POSITION SUMMARY: You will be an integral part of the company providing memorable and positive events in the hospitality industry! Responsibilities Create and/or maintain strong and positive relationships with venue clients. Attend company meetings including, but not limited to BEO, operations and quarterly meetings Review event profiles (BEOs) and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and execution plans. Support onsite event execution as needed and provide post-event operational feedback and improvements. Execute events Maintain accurate inventory Assess current SOPs and develop or implement new ones as required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the workday. #J-18808-Ljbffr Qualitykosher
