Typical Job Duties Manage day-to-day security operations. Manage incident reports – review, track, and investigate all incidents Train staff in safety and security processes and procedures Review current procedures, practices, policies and update (including emergency plans, first aid, active shooter, overdose awareness, etc.) Supervise, hire, coach, evaluate, and schedule security guards at client sites. Maintain proactive communication with client contacts. Participate in the onboarding of new employees Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies Establish a proactive approach to safety and security Requirements 5 years of security experience or related field law enforcement, military, etc. 2 years Supervisor / Management experience High School Diploma Associates Degree Ability to pass a background check Valid Michigan Driver’s License Ability to obtain a Michigan Concealed Pistol License Education Requirements (All) High School Equivalent Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days #J-18808-Ljbffr
