Member Services Associate - Community Engagement

YMCA of Delaware

The YMCA of Delaware is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to greet and assist members, prospects, and visitors. You will handle inquiries about memberships, programs, and services, delivering prompt, warm service in person, by phone, and by email. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and strong interpersonal skills; responsibilities include guiding tours, processing member information, and handling calls while contributing to a positive, inclusive community environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of Delaware
