Packaging Machine Operator
Twin City Staffing is hiring a packaging machine operator to join a booming manufacturing facility in Brooklyn Park, MN! In this role, you will sort hardware components, package finished items for shipment, inspect parts using precision tools, and assist in running CNC-driven production machinery. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Wage:
1st Shift: $19.00/hr.
2nd Shift: $20.50/hr.
Weekend Shift: $23.00/hr. (Bi-weekly pay schedule)
Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
2nd Shift: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Monday – Friday
Weekend Shift: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm, Friday – Sunday

Duties of the packaging machine operator:
Sort, organize, and package various hardware components, including bolts, nuts, and screws for final shipment
Set up and operate various mechanical and CNC-driven manufacturing machinery
Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
Perform basic mathematical calculations to verify part dimensions against engineering specifications
Requirements of the packaging machine operator:
Experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers in a manufacturing setting
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
Ability to understand, read, and communicate work orders and safety instructions in English
Requirement to wear steel-toed safety boots on the production floor
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
