- Pay Rate: $159.13/hour

- Support cardiothoracic surgeon in surgical procedures and patient care
- Provide pre- and post-operative assessments and interventions
- Assist with procedures such as chest tube removal, pacemaker removal, and IABP management
- Manage adult cardiothoracic ICU/step-down patients and surgical cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care utilizing Cerner EMR system
- Cover 4 days per month with scheduled call periods from 3p-7a
- AZ licensure for Nurse Practitioner or PA certification with NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiothoracic surgery, including EVH proficiency
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to perform advanced procedures and support ongoing patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
