Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs, followed by comprehensive mental health evaluations to understand their mental, emotional, and behavioral health status.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, encompassing interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that enhance client participation and personal growth.

• Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary based on feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, to track client medications and their effects, enhancing the collaborative care provided to clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records of treatment and evaluations.

• Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to recovery, providing clients and their families with resources and strategies to support mental health improvements.

• Provide follow-up support through referrals and ongoing communication with external healthcare professionals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to adults, dealing with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
