Job Description: The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance across a variety of HR functions. This role will support day-to-day employee relations, talent initiatives, compliance efforts, performance management, and workforce planning while helping foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments and be comfortable navigating complex employee situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes. Assist managers with performance management, employee development, and talent planning initiatives. Support recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies. Analyze HR data and reporting metrics to identify trends and support decision‑making. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee records, and other HR programs as needed. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, production, distribution, or operational environments required. Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Experience utilizing HRIS systems and HR technology platforms. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
