Job Title: Essentials Finance Associate Location: Denver, CO Employment Type: Full‑time Role Overview Prologis is seeking an Associate in our Denver, Colorado office as part of the Global FP&A team. The FP&A Associate will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the aggregation and review of monthly NOI forecasts and annual budgets; maintain the global forecast calendar and ensure stakeholders meet deliverable deadlines. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Procure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; conduct in‑depth analysis of forecasts, focusing on variance drivers of Net Operating Income and Capital Expenditures; identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance. Support management presentations, highlighting key financial metrics and business performance. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Provide financial insights to drive business strategies for ad hoc projects and initiatives. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems; implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Automate routine reporting tasks using AI and other tools to improve productivity. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI and coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Python, SQL) is a plus. Salary and Compensation Hiring Salary Range: $107,000 – $131,000. Salary and the entire compensation package (bonus target) will be determined based on location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
