Director of Hospitality Learning & Development Salary and Compensation Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 Other Forms of Compensation: Comprehensive Benefits Package Job Summary The Director of Hospitality Learning & Development is responsible for driving enterprise-wide hospitality excellence through the design and delivery of high-impact training programs. This role serves as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing brand standards and the Company's Culture of CARE while enabling associates and leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality guest and team experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic, people-focused leader passionate about learning, hospitality, and organizational impact.
