Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with Early Childhood Education endorsement
• Prior experience as a General Education Teacher, ideally in early childhood or pre-kindergarten settings
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, standards-based instruction for pre-K students
• Plan and implement differentiated lessons that nurture curiosity and school readiness
• Observe and assess individual student progress, maintaining accurate records
