This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working from the comfort of your home. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine clients' needs and create an effective treatment roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate their individual goals, challenges, and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in various settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring acute cases receive immediate attention through collaborative efforts with healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with essential tools to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Participate in regular performance assessments to measure the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting them as needed for improved outcomes.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices within the mental health field, actively integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

• Ensure that all patient information remains confidential, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and face challenges related to substance use and mental health issues. You will be instrumental in supporting clients within the detox center, addressing their unique circumstances and fostering an environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
\n
• Active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of how to establish trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
