Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to provide independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly those managing substance use disorders.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized and patient-centered treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Implement a range of behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to empower patients in managing their challenges.

• Foster integration of care by coordinating effectively with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and service organizations to ensure holistic support for our patients.

• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking methods and regular follow-ups, both in-person and virtually, to assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders and related mental health issues at the Detox Center. This population often struggles with complex psychosocial factors, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their recovery journey, addressing both their mental and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating competency in mental health care.

• Experience working in a substance abuse or detox setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for joining our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
