Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, providing brief, evidence-based interventions as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they have access to comprehensive support services.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to clients, focusing on enhancing coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support to clients during critical situations.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring detailed documentation and data submission is completed timely and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
