Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and implementing strategies to support your clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the counseling needs of your clients.

• Utilizing the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to assess clients for substance abuse diagnosis, determining appropriate levels of care based on ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Developing tailored treatment plans specifically focused on addressing the substance abuse aspects of your clients' needs.
\n
• Creating discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate smooth transitions to the appropriate levels of care, ensuring that clients receive continuous support.
\n
• Documenting all counseling services, assessments, and follow-ups meticulously in each client’s clinical record for compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Managing a client caseload that includes ongoing case management, treatment planning, and utilization review updates.
\n
• Coordinating support services for clients and their families and keeping detailed records of these interactions.
\n
• Communicating and collaborating with external referral sources such as legal, educational, and employment institutions to ensure comprehensive care.

• Facilitating crisis interventions in a multi-disciplinary team environment to provide immediate support to clients facing urgent issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Premier Counseling & Wellness Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
