Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a key clinician, providing direct assistance to clients who exhibit symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances, working either through telehealth services or coordinating in-person visits when required.

• Participate actively as a member of interdisciplinary teams, contributing to collective goals through collaboration and communication, and helping to facilitate team-based care approaches.

• Uphold professional ethical standards, adhering to organizational policies, and demonstrating integrity in all client interactions.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs, followed by arranging for comprehensive evaluations as necessary to establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each client while ensuring effective communication and information exchange among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide a continuum of care, offering prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the specifics of each client's situation.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, ensuring that treatment plans remain relevant and effective.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, employing de-escalation strategies and providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of reports to track client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
