Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough assessments and screenings, ensuring each client receives tailored services to meet their unique needs.

• Conduct evidence-based interventions and therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Engage and collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive support system around each client.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, sharing insights and strategies to further improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Identify potential risks and ensure safe practices within the clinical environment by adhering to recognized safety standards.

• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed, responding promptly to clients in distress and facilitating appropriate referrals to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on clients experiencing severe emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia. You will engage with a varied demographic in New Castle, ensuring culturally competent and inclusive treatment approaches that respect diverse backgrounds and belief systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; candidates with a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or LCSW licensure preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
