Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy services to students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and significant emotional challenges.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in partnership with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and coordinate appropriate services or referrals.
\n
• Maintain clear communication with school staff to ensure a supportive and integrated treatment process.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and therapeutic perspectives to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions as needed.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay informed about community resources and make referrals to support services, fostering clients' connections to additional support.

This position targets students from diverse backgrounds who may face socioeconomic, cultural, or interpersonal challenges impacting their mental health. Many of our clients come from under-resourced environments, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that empowers them to express their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
