Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and providing short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Offering group therapy sessions that promote peer support and facilitate positive interactions among students dealing with similar issues.

• Providing expert consultation to parents, faculty, and school counselors on mental health concerns and treatment strategies.

• Planning and executing outreach activities that raise awareness about mental health and promote resources available to students.

• Engaging in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development to stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Delivering crisis assessment and intervention services, including evaluating suicidal ideations and ensuring students receive timely care when necessary.

• Working in conjunction with school staff to develop individualized treatment plans and addressing severity of presenting problems, when applicable.

• Providing a mix of remote and in-person services as appropriate for the student's needs.

The patients you will primarily serve include adolescents and young adults in educational settings. This diverse population may face various psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges, especially in the context of their academic and social pressures. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work with a valid LICSW license. We will also consider fully licensed LMHC candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n
