Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each student's unique needs and cultural background.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to each student’s well-being.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary based on feedback from both students and healthcare colleagues.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within educational settings, many of whom are navigating the complexities of mental health challenges exacerbated by academic pressures, family dynamics, or social issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse populations, particularly youth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
